"GROW BEYOND YOURSELF"

I am Berjan Bolks, Integrated Performance Coach, vitality expert, and osteopath in training. At Redux Sport & Health, I help athletes and working professionals become stronger, healthier, and more resilient, both physically and mentally. My strength lies in connecting areas of expertise that are usually treated separately:

- Performance training & strength development
- Physiological testing (lactate, INSCYD, FMS, Y-Balance, - MicroFET)
- Osteopathic principles and clinical reasoning
- Lifestyle coaching around stress, sleep, energy, and structure
- Mental coaching for sustainable recovery and performance behavior

I work from sincerity, involvement, and simplicity. No noise, no overly complicated programs, just clear steps, data where needed, and coaching where it truly matters. My approach is personal, goal-oriented, and always focused on sustainable change rather than quick fixes.

Athletes choose me because I look beyond training alone. I recognize patterns, provide direction, and create clarity so they not only perform better, but also feel better in daily life.

Redux Sport & Health stands for strength, recovery, and performance in balance. My mission: to help people return to their best selves and grow beyond that.

"MORE THAN FOURTY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE"

I am Alex Tiemes, a physiotherapist, manual therapist, and acupuncturist with more than forty years of experience in healthcare.

In 1982, I graduated cum laude as a physiotherapist from TAF, and I subsequently completed my specialization in Manual Therapy cum laude at Manuele Therapie Marsman. In 1988, I graduated with distinction as an acupuncturist from the Anglo-Dutch Institute for Oriental Medicine. Between 1989 and 2001, I was affiliated as a lecturer in acupuncture at both this institute and Hwa To University.

After this period, I developed an acupuncture treatment protocol aimed at reducing the side effects of chemotherapy in breast cancer (mammary carcinoma). To further substantiate its theoretical foundation, I visited hospitals in Beijing and Jinan.

During these visits, I was invited to present and teach my innovative concept of 3-Dimensional Manual Therapy (3DMT) at Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Shandong Zhong Yi Yao Da Xue). For two years, I shared my knowledge with students and faculty members there. My method, now published in book form, is currently being translated into Mandarin.

I am also an active triathlete. Through my own athletic experience combined with my professional background, I have developed a sharp understanding of movement in the broadest sense of the word. I use this expertise to help athletes from all disciplines improve their technical movement skills, enabling them to perform better without injuries. I am also committed to guiding children to move in a broad and varied way. My vision is that this approach ultimately creates better athletes.

My unique vision on performance and recovery is built on five pillars:

- Offering the widest possible range of movement modalities
- Analyzing individual movement preferences
- Providing nutritional guidance tailored to specific demands
- Lifestyle coaching to support physical and mental well-being
- Personal guidance in all areas to relieve the athlete as much as possible

I aim to transfer my knowledge and expertise in this distinctive approach to manual therapy and sports movement to future generations of therapists and athletes. My work is dedicated to deepening the understanding of human functioning in all its physical, energetic, and three-dimensional aspects.
